Urban Yoga is a very personal, beautiful space to practice. I have been practicing there for nearly 15 years off and on as life changes, but I always come back to my favorite studio. The instructors are attuned to your needs and work to tailor the class to each individual. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in!

I had enjoyed yoga in the past but had gotten busy over the years and put it on the back burner. Following the death of my husband, I came back to Urban and am so grateful for the peace and strength these lovely souls have brought to my body, mind, and spirit.
