If you want a place that shows compassion and a bit of “care” this is NOT the place for you. I came by today for my yearly annual… let’s say my annual exam took no more than 5 minutes, I had to repeatedly ask the nurse to screen for certain things then she proceeded by rushing me out of the room. When I went to the front desk receptionists… the two girls up front laid back in the chair as if they want to sleep and I was bothering them by asking questions. They show zero care and I do not recommend this place. My advice to the lazy people at this location, costumer service goes a long way and you all need to learn a thing or to about it.

I came here in August 2025 totally burned out from work and in poor health. I've always had issues being consistent with seeing healthcare professionals. I saw Derek Hazelwood and Rebecca Stewart with concerns about heart health. They took my concerns seriously after blood tests they did a heart test due to really high cholesterol.
At their suggestion they checked my insurance and I was fully covered to see the health coach located there coach malakey (coach key). With their help I've lost 35+ pounds and went from 36% body fat down to 24% body fat. I have a lot more energy and generally more happy. More importantly my cholesterol has come down without the need for medication (nothing wrong if it's needed but happy we were able to get it under control without)
Everyone in the practice is super professional and they are extremely responsive. They have made it super easy to book appointments and do everything that is needed making going to the doctor easy and not a chore.

Perla R. is the absolute best! If you are looking for an allergy nurse who is kind, knowledgeable, and professional - look no farther! She has made the process of beginning allergy immunotherapy so easy and straightforward and I am so thankful! If you have ever been thinking about starting allergy shots, she is your girl.

Monica & Nola at the front need a raise they help me out every time I need help with anything. The MAs Cassie,Aliza & Zandra are very professional and considerate. They too make sure I’m good when I come.
