Our compressor went out on one of these 109 degree Texas days of our heat wave! Total Environmental had installed the unit originally. Placed the emergency call early Tuesday morning. Nathan came out late Tuesday and found the compressor had gone out. We decided to replace the whole outside unit and one was found and 2 technicians came out Wednesday at 4 and installed the new unit, were done within hour and a half, and we again have COLD air conditioning blowing. Considerate, respectful, concerned and reasonable! We are so grateful and will continue to use them!

AC stopped blowing cold about 10 pm and we’re up and running again before 8:30!! Thank you total environmental!!
