A massage with Todd truly does give one hope of alleviating pain. He knows how to address the issues of pain, and helps you learn how to treat yourself, too. He is totally a professional, and is trustworthy, and skilled.

Thought I had a pulled muscle (quad/hip region) along with some range of motion restriction. After several months I could not get the issue to resolve, and the discomfort just kept lingering. Several people had recommended that I go see Todd Steele so I made an appointment for the 30-minute consultation; one of the smartest decisions I've made recently.
I'm an avid pickleball player and there is a lot of repetitive movement withing the game. I do strength work that is pickleball specific but tend to neglect the necessary stretching that should be part of my daily routine.
