A friend highly recommended Akira, describing her as the best masseuse at the spa, so I decided to see for myself. I contacted her on Telegram (@Akirajudy8), and the booking process was smooth and straightforward. After confirming my appointment, I promptly received my reservation code, which made check-in quick and hassle-free. When I arrived, I simply showed my code at the front desk and was directed inside. Akira was welcoming, attractive, and had a calming presence that immediately put me at ease. The atmosphere was relaxing, private, and exactly what I had hoped for. As for the FSNURU, her HJ, BJ, and HE were amazing. She was attentive and professional throughout the session, ensuring that the entire experience was comfortable and enjoyable from beginning to end. Everything was handled with care, and it was easy to understand why so many people speak highly of her. I'm glad I didn't let the upfront payment process discourage me, because the experience was well worth it. As for her massage skills, I'll simply say that they lived up to her reputation. The estheticians and massage therapists are great but the front desk staff, management leaves a lot to be desired. We booked 3 massages and facial for a group of clients and were notified last minute that we needed to switch one massage to a facial due to a staff emergency which was very frustrating but they offered 25% off the facial and a free add on. Fine. Everything ended up being great till checkout. I hope this girl was new but she could not follow instructions to save her life. The check was supposed to be split in 2 but after getting the amounts wrong 2-3xs, we gave her the names of people to go on each check and she still put both people paying on one bill which was wrong. We were so annoyed that we just wanted to pay and be done but she had zeroed it out in some way that the discount was removed and there was no way to tip. It took 30 mins to get the checks done and they were still wrong. Then the manager said she would email me a receipt of the refund for the missed discount and I had to call back the next day to request it because it wasn’t sent as promised and potentially not even done. Very frustrating experience between booking and checkout.

My wife and I booked a hot stone massage with the scalp massage add-on and it was great. Niki applied the perfect amount of pressure (med-hard) that I asked for, and focused well on my back and shoulders, where I had the most tension. The tea in the relaxation room was very good as well. Overall the experience was awesome.

I have been hesitant on posting about my experience with this facility because I don’t like to leave low rating reviews all the time, however, I thought it was important to share my thoughts for improvement. I had a disappointing experience with Woodhouse Spa back in March 2026.
I booked a massage for a rare self-care day and even called ahead to adjust the time, but was told no changes could be made. I kept the appointment, only to receive a call while I was on my way—about 20 minutes from arrival—that my massage therapist was sick. I had to turn around and drive back home, which was not a short distance. I was offered a facial or a discount to reschedule, but declined since that was the only day I had off due to my hectic work schedule.
I gave them another chance and rescheduled for the weekend, but the same thing happened again—another cancellation for the same reason. At that point, I canceled altogether.
While I understand things happen, this was frustrating, inconvenient, and I never got to experience the service I originally booked.

Kristal at Woodhouse Spa was fantastic! I got an 80 minute deep tissues massage with her, and she really felt the tension in my muscles instead of going through the motions. The atmosphere and customer service at this location is exceptional. I absolutely recommend and will be back!
