Wonderful experience at The Tree Place. Bought a deciduous tree for my home and Archie was very kind, knowledgeable, and allowed us to get in and out for exactly what we needed early on a Saturday. He explained everything well and answered all of our questions. The staff inside the store were nice and welcoming too. Highly recommend this nursery! God bless you all
Greatly appreciate the Tree Place for sending out Victor to reinstall our 30 gallon Natchez White Crape Myrtle and 45 gallon Cedar Elm tree. He is the absolute gold standard of service: professional, patient, and polite.
Victor went above and beyond, taking the time to explain the proper planting, watering and root stimulator requirements for both our tree and shrub. He even showed me how to use the “cake test” wooden stake method to determine ongoing water needs for our Cedar Elm tree and Crape Myrtle and double-checked the calibration and demonstrated the proper use of the (root ball) moisture meter I purchased from them.
