Jamie was fantastic! My gas hot water heater was not heating as it should have. After I flushed it myself it was still not working properly. They came out within 48 hours of me contacting them. He discovered the gas valve and thermostat were going out. Due to the age of the system it made more sense to just replace it instead of replacing the valve. They came a day later and replaced it. It was replaced within a couple hours. When they left there was zero trash or evidence they were even here other than a brand new, working hot water heater. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs and will use them in the future.
