I dropped a bunch of shirts off at this location on Tuesday and received a call from Angie, the front desk staff, shortly after. She called to tell me that there was $100 in cash in one of the shirt pockets and she would hold it for me until I could come back. I appreciate the honesty so much!

It’s very frustrating when they don’t follow their own published hours of operation. I called at 3p.m. To confirm my pick up the rep said the clothes weren’t in yet but they will be. I drove by at 4:30 with no one there, thinking they were busy in the back. I drove by again at 5:30, again no one there. I will now have to miss two days of work because they have all of my work clothes. Once, I get them back. I will not be coming back

They have horrible customer service! They have untrained kids working that don't keep track of your payment. They don't have your clothes ready when they say they will and then are rude to you and argue with you when you try to pick them up when they said they would be ready. I do not recommend this place unless you want to overpay and take weeks to get your clothes back.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! They are the most unprofessional dry cleaners I have ever seen. I took in my dress to have it cleaned and the breastmilk spots removed. My sweet husband took and picked up my dress but did not check the spot had been taken out so when I went to go wear it a few weeks later I couldn't because it was still stained. We took it back a second time to have them remove the spot and they STILL didn't get it out. At this point we had paid twice for the same job. The third time I tried to pick up the dress when they told me it would be ready, it was not even there and I asked to speak to a manager and the teenager working had to call one. The rude lady on the phone argued with me that they had done nothing wrong and they weren't "miracle workers" and they did their job even though they failed to get a simple breastmilk stain out of the dress 3 times. She informed me they still pressed it. (So you heat pressed in a stain you couldn't remove to make it harder to get out... that's smart! Thanks!) When I went back to get it since it wasn't there after the third cleaning, the girl working informed me that we had not paid for it, and I said yes my husband paid for it the first two times when you couldn't get the spot out. I paid anyways and got the dress home to see the receipt stapled to it even said we didn't own anything either!! I have never experienced such horrible customer service!! Do not take your clothes here!!!
