Dr. Adam Bruntz is very nice and good & very detailed, but the staff, especially Shannon who's assisting for payment aid for medication has an attitude, also it's so hard to reach their office, oftentimes, nobody answers the call and they have a text message function, but whennu send a text message, still nobody replies. I've called them 2 weeks ago for another refill because I didn't receive a refill on my meds and someone from the office said they'll send them in. 2 weeks passed and nothing, and when I called, I was told by Shannon to contact my pharmacy as I have refills on the medication (so why did the other girl who answered the phone from 2 weeks ago did not tell me that, and made me wait, just to find out that I needed to call the pharmacy?, it's ridiculous!) And then I received a call from somewhere saying I have been approved for a medication aid and need not to pay $513 , but today, Shannon was saying there's no aid for my medication, and have an attitude over the phone. It seems like the staff here can't get their job done properly, but gives attitude to patients!

The level of care, attention to detail, compassion, and professionalism from this team is beyond exceptional. Every interaction feels thoughtful, personal, and genuine. You can tell this office doesn’t just treat patients… they truly care about people.
And a very special thank you to Kendra — she is the heart of why we continue coming back. In today’s world, it’s rare to find someone who combines kindness, knowledge, responsiveness, and true human compassion the way she does. She consistently goes above and beyond, making every visit feel comforting and seamless.
Honestly, Kendra is the reason we are willing to drive over an hour just to come to this office. That says everything.
Thank you to the entire team at the Center for Osteoporosis for setting the standard for what patient care should look like.

My first appointment was not great. The reception staff was curt to the point of rudeness. The provider seemed knowledgeable until she prescribed a product whose use was contraindicated with a documented prescription medication I was already taking. This was not discovered until I got home. I did not take the product and was going to follow up with provider. Provider was impossible to reach without an appointment. So I scheduled an appointment. Was only able to get one six month later. The appointment days that that the clinic are only ones which conflict with my work schedule so I had to reschedule booking clients that day. This costs me money. The clinic office called to cancel/reschedule the appointment with less than a day's notice on the first cancellation. I made a point to explain the impact on my work clients and rescheduled for 4 months later (only one I could get). Again on a day that conflicts with my work. This appointment was canceled/rescheduled by the clinic office WITH LESS THAN 4 HOURS NOTICE. My advice? find another doctor.

Initial vosit was fine but there has been no response to 1. an email 2 weeks ago, 2. a message sent on the patient portal over 48 hours ago, 3. nor to a phone message left this morning. I’m going to go to my pharmacy to see if they can help me. Otherwise,, I will be w/o the procedure they prescribed for who knows how long!

At the risk of writing this review too early (I'll update it later), I just had my first appointment with this team and I was impressed. I went to the center because I discovered my low bone density in my mid 30's after a hip break during a cycling crash. Did they tell you your new patient appointment would be a few months away? Don't worry about it. When you finally went to your appointment, did they run late getting you back to see someone? Don't worry about it.
I have never received such personal, and interested-in-me care with another medical team. They ran additional unplanned tests on me during the appointment so they could get more data, and they took the time toe explain why they were doing everything. I've not felt this respected and informed at another center, either.
My journey with them is just beginning, but I'm excited to be in such caring and thorough hands.

ZERO STARS!! I was referred to them a month ago. I have left three messages and my doctor has sent over my referral twice, and still this place has NOT called me to schedule!!! ?

Asked if they are running late and they said 30 min. Got here at 3:30 for 3:45 appointment, it is after 6PM now and still waiting. No one has keep us informed. Terrible customer service for a medical clinic. Please find another place!

The Center for Osteoporosis and everyone associated with it are a true blessing. My wife and I are so thankful for all they have done and continue to do. I have only met Adam Bruntz, and he is such a caring person, always putting patients before the dollar. There is sometimes a lengthy wait to get in, but that is telling of how good he really is. I will wait as long as it takes. It is worth it. I can speak from personal experience that all these negative reviews are not valid. It’s disappointing to see so many unhappy people taking their frustrations out on the wrong people, especially towards those who are only helping to improve so many lives. Anyhow, GREAT work Adam and all the staff at the Center for Osteoporosis! You’re all amazing!!

Been waiting six months for an appointment. Got close, but never there. No call backs, no human voices. If I got a human they didn't know anything and never called back. Six months!!!
