We had a shower drain clog in our upstairs bathroom. The technicians showed up on time, prepared with the right tools and got it unclogged for almost half the price we got quoted from another company. Highly recommend!
The 3 men that came were wonderful (I apologize that I can't remember their names}. They were respectful, pleasant, conversational, and very knowledgeable. Each step was explained in layman terms making easy to understand. I appreciated their attitude and professionalism. This is what keeps us coming back.
Update: Been a couple of years but I have a new leak different area and as always trey was professional and able to fix quickly.
Was extremely professional and logically walked me through all of my options and let me make the decisions. I have a unique case where there is water damage on my floors that could have been from an active leak or other. Trey was able to walk me logically through options to find if there was a leak causing and what it would take to repair. In my instance an active leak is not probable. He pressure checked the system and found a very small drop in pressure indicating a leak somewhere but minor. not what could have caused the... read full review
