Robbie was the tech and came to the house to check our AC before the Texas summer really hits. He explained what and why he was doing before the work began. I've used Strickland before with my other home and won't use any other HVAC company!
Strickland was great! It started with the initial phone call speaking with Britney. They had an appointment on the same day which was so helpful. Robby Dollar was our technician and he was very thorough. While Robby was at the home we had some billing questions and he was very patient while the office and I worked through them. I will definitely be using them again!
