My job was not very large - some shingles were blown down from a steep, high roof. I called roofers who said it was a small job and ghosted me after taking a look at it, promising a quote and vanishing. I called roofers who tried to upsell me on larger jobs unrelated to the shingles.
Pearson was perhaps the seventh place I called. They had it done the same week I called them. No following up on my part, no ghosting or upselling on their part. They came out, quoted me a fair price to fix the problem that I had, listened to my worries about some shingles on the other side of the house, and then fixed it all. From the time I met Jesus the guy just had great energy. He was upfront, informative, always communicated, and delivered on time. Anytime I hear someone say anything about a roof, I've been recommending him.
I don't write many reviews but I had to dust off yelp to sing praises about these guys. We had a hailstorm that took out our roof, gutters, window screens, and fence! I was overwhelmed thinking about all the contractors I was going to have to call. I found Storm Master on the BBB and man was I impressed. Not only did they give me an incredible roof, they lined up all the subcontractors so I didn't have to do a thing! They even helped me submit everything to my insurance. I'm very impressed with them and I'm telling everyone about them. Thank you Storm Master!
