Really poor customer service.. I was outside waiting for more than an hour and 45 minutes to get some paperwork ..!! Will never do business with them again...Service: Car towing

Do not use. My vehicle was damaged in the process of the tow (damage occurring EXACTLY where the tow attached to my vehicle). I have witness testimony stating the tow driver was observed noticing the damage and taking pictures AFTER the tow had been completed to the mechanic. I also have evidence that no damage was done to my vehicle prior to the tow. They will not take any responsibility for the damage and state that the because the vehicle was unattended at the time of tow (due to repeated delays and ultimately them being over an hour late to pick up the vehicle), they are not responsible for any damages. I called to ensure leaving the vehicle in a secure spot was okay at the time as I had to leave for work due to their delays. This "policy" of them not being at fault for damage if I'm not standing with the car during towing was never stated or explained to me (also likely not legal). Due to them not being willing to take any responsibility and work with my insurance company, I have to take further action against them.

07/06/2023 at approximately 1805cstTruck#13 speeding down buisness 287(Mansfield Hwy) with his lights on, riding people's rears including mine. Then he gets around me and slows down to give me an ugly look like the one you give when you want to get ugly with someone else driving, because I didn't pull over out of his way. Very disrespectful. Never once did he use a blinker and he was blowing a ton of black smoke out of his exhaust. Those lights do not give you the right to speed. If this is how they drive without a vehicle in tow, then I definitely would not use them. I will upload video footage later.

I was driving down I-30 when truck #103 passed me on the right hand shoulder, cut a SUV off, and cut another car off as he almost missed his exit. Got the whole thing on dash cam too. I now have a chip in my windshield as a result.

My car was on the side of the road for less than 7 hrs after my engine overheats and it gets picked up by this company. So they can charge me for my car back. $250 just to get it out. If this isn’t the biggest scam in Fort Worth I don’t know what to tell you.

Horrible driver, truck #103 cut me off ran into the crub trying to cut off another car in front of my and had to swerve to miss a car while he was merging on to the freeway.

I just watched the driver hit someone car by mistake and looked at the vehicle. No damage so he continue without reporting it.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. I called at 6pm to schedule my vehicle to be towed they gave me a time window to tow my car between 8:42pm-9:12pm. At 9:20pm I called to get an update. I was told they would contact the driver to get an ETA and call me back. Well I waited patiently until 10pm and no one called me back. I called again only to be told that my appointment was canceled because they didn’t have a driver. They didn’t have the curtesy to contact me as promised no apology nothing! Don’t waste your time and money with this company!!!
