The problem is not the effectiveness of their service but rather convenience and timeliness. Once I signed up for quarterly service, my time frame moved from 2 hours to 4. But, of the 4 times they came, they only made that 4 hour time window ONE time. I simply cannot leave 5-6 hours of my day open in order to wait for service.

I've been with Starbugs for about 3 years now. My lawn is serviced by Kevin. My lawn looks better and better each year!!! Kameron & Eric service our yard for mosquitos - we've barely been bit this season!!! Maybe once! Kris the owner is on top of all the in-between business & customer service stuff. He is good at what he does all while being funny which I appreciate!!!
Prior to Starbugs I tried several other companies. We were never completely happy like we are now.

Starbugs - Kris, Kameron & Ladarian - are fantastic! I saw a mouse (rat) in my garage and they were out the next day. Did a thorough check of lawn, house and garage - and remediated the problem. They are super nice and knowledgeable. I’ve been a happy customer for 15+ years!

So far we had a very bad experience with pest and lawn service we subscribed for -Never show up on time and honor appointment dates - have to continuously do the follow ups - wont let you know what they have done - Will come and do service in a rush in 5 mins and leave without informing and answering questions I would not recommend this company at all
