I arrived at opening at 9:30 buy no nail tech even got there until 10. I told them that I had another appointment at 11 and asked if they would be able to do my service in that time frame, they said yes. What I get done is pretty basic so I stayed. These were supposed to be my birthday nails and I'm so unbelievably disappointed. Tech managed to leave cuts on 3 fingers, nails are all different lengths, widths, and thickness. There are literally bald spots where she filed through the acrylic and my natural nail is showing on SEVEN of my nails. There's gaps between the acrylic and my nail bed and stains from the powder all over my hands. This is my first experience... read full review

Our new favorite spot. Ann and Wendy did such an amazing job. My girlfriend loved her nails and the design, and everyone here is super nice. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I been coming here at star nail for how many years now and the reason that I keep coming here it’s because I felt at home and love the people Relaxed Wendy is my lady most of the time ❤️ So pls don’t put negative about this place I came 3times a week to get may full set
