Splash of Red is the premier place for all hair needs. Elsa is a wizard, a craftsperson and artist all in one and can make hair dreams come true, with an incredible attitude to boot. Getting my hair done always makes me nervous but Elsa makes it super easy so I keep coming back. Can't recommend enough!
