Craig and company came out to help us with a huge flea infestation in our warehouse caused by a feral cat. I called other places and they did not respond or had long waiting times. Sniper showed up and performed the first treatment the same day! One more treatment a week later and the problem is solved! Real people, local, not a big franchise. The entire team is knowledgeable about treating any unwanted pests. Every tech is pleasant and kind, especially the owner, Craig. Even the person who answers the phone, Angie, is pleasant and knowledgeable. They are very honest and get the job done. I've been a customer since 2018! Highly recommend.

The team was extremely responsive to my initial inquiry, answered all of my questions and got me on the schedule right away.Craig came out just a few days later, was very thorough with his inspection and explained a game plan very clearly and never tried to push any extra items we didn’t need or pressure us into any unnecessary upgrades.
