SERENITY FUNERAL HOME provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service from start to finish. 1st I want to say the owner Mr Davis and his staff was very professional, compassionate and empathetic. This was my 1st time experiencing death on my side of the family and having to plan a funeral was so stressful. AND it was my mother so it was a very emotional and very hard time for me. Mr Davis was very patient and very compassionate & understanding. He constantly reassured me that he would take care of everything and HE DID THAT & MORE! I have heard horror stories of how people are taken advantage of when they go to the funeral home and end up spending thousands of unnecessary money....read full review
