Quick response and Great staff.
Vince, Jason, and Andres were all working hard to solve a clogged drain with limited access. It was not an easy problem to get to.
Not happy I had the issue but very satisfied with the professional work.
I found myself in an emergency situation on a Saturday and needed a plumber immediately. I Googled “plumber near me same day service call”, and proceeded to call through a laundry list of companies claiming to do that, only to be told by each and every one that they couldn’t schedule me until Monday. Then, I called Roto Rooter, and they scheduled me that day. Steve rang my doorbell, assessed my situation and had me fixed and back to normal in a short amount of time. He was professional, friendly, and respectful of my home. Next time I have a plumbing need, I know who to call first! Thanks Steve!
To be honest I was glad to called this place they came at the serious time and that moment when needed. Steve was really helpful and explained everything what's was going on.
