So easy to get setup. Was out of state and in a time crunch. They got me approved and moved in within a week. Tricia and Ryan were super responsive and very helpful getting everything moved along quickly and professionally!

From applying to moving in, the entire process has been overwhelming but their team has been nothing short of amazing to us! Tricia and Mattie have been SO kind, helpful, have answered all my questions along the way and even helped me after ours! Ryan went out of his way to bring us the keys and get a team to fix the thermostat before we moved in! Our new home is beautiful and my family and I are so happy! If you have an LTR in the Fort Worth area do not think twice about hiring Ryan at the RPM Trailhead location. He is definitely your go-to management team! I went through the ringer on my property in Tarrant County and had a helluva time trying to get it rented. What I realized after hiring Ryan was that it had been mismanaged and neglected by the previous agent/manager I used. Ryan is super easy to talk to and works with you, he lays it out straight and doesn’t waste time “sugar-coating” the situation.
