I went in for knee pain and thankfully was able to get seen same day at this office. Everywhere else was closed or booked as it was a Saturday.
However, the doctor wasn’t warm or friendly which is one of the reasons I wouldn’t come back. I feel like there was also a lack of explanation as to what my issue was- even her assistant had to go back and ask her what my diagnosis was.
I did proceed with an injection only because I wanted to start healing asap but I typically would do more research and wait.

After I waisted my time for going to the office where I was told that my insurance is not accepted after I have been told on the phone multiple times that is accepted, now on top of everything I was also billed. Disappointing. I also asked the manager at Mansfield to call me back and never did. My experience regarding customer service was overall bad.

I love this place and how they made me feel. I had some strange shoulder and neck pains, within 3 treatments the pain was gone and I was back at work and able to function properly.

I finished my last injection today and it has been a life changer for me. I was told by 2 drs that I needed a knee replacement. I researched the stem cell injections and decided to go that route.
