Sterling was the person Who helped me with my issues I had another location that was awful and Sterling stepped up and made everything that I needed to make right; right. He has a Great attitude great help if you are with caliber car wash go to Basswood. Thanks brother.

I have to say I really don't like mechanical car washes.. I also don't like the fact they advertise, No Touch Car Wash.
But, what I do like is The Caliber Located 3236 Alta Mere Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76116
The shine it gives is insurpassable, and even though it does use mechanical flaps and spinning brushes there are no Micro Scratches that you would typically see. The assistant manager was a great help. I'll give it a 100.. Thanks Caliber..

Literally the best service I've received. Ever. I forgot my cards at home, hoping for tap to pay to be available. It wasn't - but Jesse and the other two gentleman working today WERE SO KIND. They covered my car wash, even though I offered to back out and return later. Such a sweet gesture from these gentleman!
