Jessica is amazing!!! I was unhappy with my haircut from another salon and came in to see if there was anything that could be done to help my hair. Jessica absolutely rejuvenated my hair!! She analyzed exactly what to do to give me the best cut for my hair and provided total honesty and transparency. Definitely coming back for her and would 10/10 recommend.

I had been a few times in the past, and happy with the service, but decided to use another person for awhile. Due to medical conditions, my hair has been breaking, falling out, and changing texture. It needed a lot of repair, but no chemicals which is what my other person focused on. I found myself back at Bloom. The experience was great. I went in bummed about how my hair was looking, but left with a whole new perspective. She helped me determine what options were good with my new texture, what style was a good option based on where we needed to cut the damage, and I felt like she put extra care into encouraging me with strategies as new baby hairs are growing...read full review
