I had a wonderful experience. This was on of the best eye exams I have had. Usually I feel rushed out and forced to make a decision as previous eye doctors I have seen. Doctor Kim was so relatable and she cared. My last experience at another establishment, I just felt like a number. Matt and Cynthia were so helpful with getting me set up with my contacts and glasses. And I really enjoyed the eye techs. This experience was my overall best and I believe I have found my new eye doctor office.
My glass frames were loose and I was unable to fix it myself, so I went to the place I purchased my glasses from, and they said they were unable to fix them and I would have to order another pair. So I tried MyEyeDoctor and they not only fixed them, they fixed them for free!! They just won my future business.
Seamless experience once again! I needed a pair of prescription sunglasses that would work well on the motorcycle & not only did I find the perfect pair of frames but Cynthia was amazing, making sure I got a promotion to lessen the cost, & was an absolute pleasure to do business with.
