Staff is so nice, attentive, and responds to emails super fast! The gym/showers are always clean, towels are always stocked in the locker rooms, and the disinfectant wipes smell AMAZING! I wish I could be a member forever, but had to cancel due to moving out of state. I love Pop's and recommend it to anyone looking for an all-access boutique gym that truly cares about their members.

Arguably the best gym in Fort Worth! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, the gym has just about everything you can think of in terms of equipment, it’s open 24 hours which is a huge plus, and you won’t feel overcrowded.

Incredible gym, great atmosphere, and above all their staff, owner and personal trainers are absolutely the best you will find in the Fort Worth area. Whether you're dialed in, headphones on and focused on your individual program, or your looking for a thriving positive community, both experience's exist here. Pops I've learned is also a long time staple in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and continues to grow, so it's awesome to be part of that history.
