Excellent indoor and outdoor workout facility! POP’s is extremely clean and offers 24hr access to accommodate all schedules. I’ve been a member since 2019, and I still love this gym as much as I did on day one!

Awesome gym! Been going here for a couple years now. 24 hr access and has everything you need. It’s always clean and well-maintained. Cool outdoor turf area with a large open space. Located right by the trinity trail as well. Definitely recommend it!

Pop’s Gym in Fort Worth is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The atmosphere is welcoming, motivating, and completely judgment-free, which makes showing up and staying consistent so much easier.
