I have used Pool & Spa Xpress twice now. The first time, they replaced a faulty booster pump and did an outstanding job explaining everything. They didn't try to upsell us. They just explained why my pump went bad and recommended a unit that didn't have those same chronic problems.
I went back to them recently because my pool cleaner (Polaris 280) was having issues. I was fed up after rebuilding it and replacing the internal parts. I went into this store fully expecting to buy a new cleaner. This place is great!! I went in first time yesterday and they had great customer service. I asked many questions and I was greatly pleased with the answers I received. The explained everything to me in great length (which I greatly appreciated). Was told if I had any other questions not to hesitate to stop in again or call. I will definitely be getting them to do my pool services here on out!!!
Pool and Spa Express is my go to place for all my pool supplies. Anything I need they have it or can get it. When ever I have a problem with my pump or just cloudy water Regina and Kevin can figure out exactly what to do to clear thing up. I’m so glad that Pool and Spa Xpress is in White Settlement. And so close to me.
