I went in thinking it was another place and they were friendly fit me in. I had Kelly in the back. She didn’t usually do men’s hair and she was friendly and fabulous. It was a good experience.

I'm only giving 3 stars because I hate leaving bad reviews when there are multiple people working in the business and my issue is with only 1. I have no experience with any of the other stylists at Pompeii. I used Alegra for a color process that was going to take a couple of trips back to get my hair the color I wanted. I was going from a dark brown to a lighter brown/blonde balayage. I completely understood that I was not going to get the results I wanted in one sitting. I spent $190 for the first process, was supposed to go back 6 weeks later for the next. She cancelled my next appointment and then ghosted while trying to reschedule. Love Nicole and the magic she has done with my graying hair... She is open to changing it a bit every time I go in based on my needs and desires (even when I don't always know exactly it is I want - haha). Love her personality and happy being. Will add pics soon... Her schedule is flexible and she has come in early to meet my needs when I had a last minute schedule change and needed to come in at 8:30am one day. She also does a great job with my girls hair cuts... They also love her.... on one visit, my 9 yr old, said mom, 'did we talk too much'. It was so funny... we all 3 enjoyed our visit to the Salon.
