Went to kelli. Have in the past. But for some reason she messed my hair up so bad. Went in for a touch up ombre of two brown colors. Walked out with some blonde/orange hair that was fried off and the cut was just choppy. Wasn't suppose to have my hair cut this short. It was almost to my butt. Went back the next day to have her fix it and all she did was tone the blonde and cut more off. So now my hair is above my bra strap and so uneven and the ombre looks like I have a bowl on my head. I asked for a refund and she only offer $75 back and I paid $ 220. Then she said it will have to be on friday to pay me back and here I am and she has blocked me and wont respond. What a way to run a business.

I went in thinking it was another place and they were friendly fit me in. I had Kelly in the back. She didn’t usually do men’s hair and she was friendly and fabulous. It was a good experience.

I'm only giving 3 stars because I hate leaving bad reviews when there are multiple people working in the business and my issue is with only 1. I have no experience with any of the other stylists at Pompeii. I used Alegra for a color process that was going to take a couple of trips back to get my hair the color I wanted. I was going from a dark brown to a lighter brown/blonde balayage. I completely understood that I was not going to get the results I wanted in one sitting. I spent $190 for the first process, was supposed to go back 6 weeks later for the next. She cancelled my next appointment and then ghosted while trying to reschedule. So now I'm walking around with hair that I'm super unhappy with, and basically have to start over with a different color specialist that's going to cost more since I'm trying to get in ASAP. I'm so disappointed because I really liked Alegra, but my hair has been up in a bun or pony tail for 7 weeks now because my hair is just...weird. She may be a talented colorist, but I'll never know.
