We were looking for a new place for our son to get his hair cut after a couple of dreadful experiences with a different kids haircutting place. They went above and beyond expectations. They were kind, patient, and did a phenomenal job. They've definitely earned our repeat business.

I took my son here for his first haircut and they did an amazing job! I wasn't sure how short I wanted his hair to be, and Cecelia was so patient with me, went through a few clipping lengths for us to gradually see what would work best. We will be coming back for sure!

We have taken our kids here for a while to get their haircuts (ages 4 & 2). Our 4 year old has a very hit or miss experience during his hair cuts, sometimes he is perfectly fine, other times he gets very overwhelmed and screams. We have NEVER had any issues with feeling uncomfortable due to my son screaming during his appts and usually the stylists are very positive and help get the haircut over as quick as possible. Today was the first day that I felt uncomfortable and upset following my son’s haircut. Today was one of the visits where he did scream and was not enjoying being there whatsoever. After completion of his haircut, the facial reaction that the stylist made to her coworkers was quite disheartening to see as a parent. I am well aware that my son can be a lot and his screaming and crying can make for a very unpleasant visit on everyone’s side. However, I still expect a stylist to be professional no matter what the experience was like. We will still go back, because overall, we have not had an experience like this here. However, today’s visit was quite sad.

My 7 year old has been going to Pigtails and Crewcuts for a while now. We are always happy with the results. He used to hate getting his hair cut with clippers as in scissor cut only. Now he plops into the chair with Michelle, she’s wonderful, and happily plays Minecraft while the clippers are going. I highly recommend them, especially for a fresh back to school cut! The stylists are patient and really work with the kids to get what you are looking for.

I've been taking my son here to get his haircut for years... however, the older he gets the more it stands out how poorly his hair gets done. This is a great place to take toddlers to get them accustomed to haircuts, but if you want a good cut for boys, I wouldnt recommend. There are stylist there that do a good job, but theres also some that are pretty bad. One of the last times we came my sons neck trim was very crooked and the last time we came it was with a new girl I've never seen before and she butchered his hair. I told her we do a 3 in the back and longer on the top cut with scissors. She kept cutting and cutting and cutting his bangs up against his face, commenting how shes trying to get it even. I finally asked her to stop because it was looking so bad. He ended up looking like Jim Carreys character in Dumb and Dumber, with the way she cut his hair. This time mixed in with the other bad cuts finalized my decision to start going to a barber. Again, some stylist are okay, but if your child is over 3, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Love taking my boys here. Allie is so good and the sweetest when it comes to cutting their hair been going to her for 4 years and she never disappoints. Took my second son for his first haircut and it came out so cute!

Spectacular place, its decoration is great. It has play areas and children's chairs are means of transportation, like cars and airplanes. Neat and organized. Comfortable sofas to wait your turn and the train on the table is great since it entertains the children.
