My dog had a great stay…I was nervous about this being his first play time with a group of dogs, but they transitioned him in nicely and he did great. I will be booking future stays :)

Overall, my dog came home happy, healthy, and safe, and the staff were always friendly and seemed genuinely caring toward the animals. That is ultimately the most important thing, and I appreciate the care they provided during her stay. 😊
My only concern was with medication administration. I provided a new box of medication along with clear written instructions both in the online form and directly on the medication box. Based on her dosage schedule, only 3 tablets should have been used during her stay, but 5 tablets were missing when I picked her up. My fur babies are so well cared for and happy. While they obviously do want to go home there is never any sign of stress or discomfort. I will always board my pets here when the need arises. Large spaces, no wire cages just roomy safe comfortable condos. I would recommend this facility to any and every person needing pet boarding.
