I was able to get in immediately, which was a huge plus. The soap and water controls were a little confusing at first, but once I got started, I figured it out pretty quickly. I really appreciated that there was no time limit, so I could take my time to thoroughly wash and rinse my dog, then blow-dry and brush her out properly.
There was hair everywhere haha but that’s just part of the territory and the attendants were very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be back.

Took my cat in for a nail/claw trim and it was easy-peasy- i think mostly because of Rosemary- the tech who did it. She’s my hero. Didn’t know anything about Petbar but signing up for our big dog too because of our experience today!
