PCS Bail Bonds is an incredible company but I think it’s VERY important to highlight Sonia in specific and point out how knowledgeable, patient and kind she is. She was able to answer every question I had during such a vulnerable time and made sure I was always up to date with what was happening!
When I was in a situation going on 2 years ago a friend of mine was able to use PCS to make my bond from tarrant county and I can absolutely say that Christina specifically was VERY, VERY HELPFUL and always had such a great attitude and inviting energy to her. When I needed to check in she allowed me to do so by text and always got back to me QUICKLY, especially considering I worked the 7pm to 7am shift.They were very understandable if a bill came up and I couldn't make my whole payment and simply let me know to pay what I could and keep in contact with them which I did. Ms. Sonja was extremley helpful!! She went out of her way and consistantly updated me and informed of the status. Assuring me that if I had any the questions to give her a call. She was very kind. I am very thankful for all that she's has done. I wouldn't call anywhere else after the experience and care I recieved. Thank you again Ms. Sonja. You eased my mind at such a stressful time.
