New Life Carpet Care and Water Restoration

I used New life this past weekend and the service was fantastic. Very quick, efficient and worth every penny. I did the pet 2 step deep clean for 5 bedrooms, game room and area rug. They got stains out i truly had no hope for. 10/10 recommend.

JIM is ABSOLUTELY amazing!! His precision, expertise and professionalism is beyond anything our office has experienced! From start to finish process has been flawless! Our rugs and furniture were do for some TLC and that exactly what they received. Every piece looked brand new. We will be using your services in the future for both location!

Jim and his wife were so great! They were able to fit us into their schedule last minute and they came before we moved in to clean our carpet and wood floors! Pricing was fair and I loved how they didn’t try to upsell us anything. They have a great eye and attention to detail which I greatly appreciated. I am glad we found them! We highly recommend them for anyone looking for carpet and wood floor cleaning, they did a fantastic job!

We had the master bedroom and closet cleaned. These were the most stained from our old dog. She is now crated. We also had 2 other bedrooms cleaned and deodorized.

Jim was able to get all of the stains out of the carpet, he wasn’t sure about a couple of them. The other room that was bad housed my granddaughter and 3 big dogs. It smelled really bad but it is now clean and doesn’t smell like a wet, dirty dog.

As Jim was loading up I told him if the smell in our truck from moth balks from the previous owner. He treated that for us and didn’t charge extra.

This business is family owned and I do try to support my local community. I highly recommend this business and I feel that Jim went above and beyond with his service.

New Life Carpet - Mr Jim was very knowledgeable about stretching the carpet. He gave me a quote and made good progress with the timeframe we needed this to be completed. He completed 4 bedrooms. He was very professional and timely.

Jim is the best for carpet cleaning he does an exceptional job much better than the big name guys! We have older carpet and he brought it back to life..his brush method actually works and he cares for your carpet as if it was his own!

I had gotten myself into a pinch and tight timeline to get floors cleaned and pet odor removal done.

I was recommended to Jim and New Life and was encouraged to see the 5 stars.

Speaking g to Jim on the phone to set the appointment, I could tell I was calling the right person. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. And very important… he listened.

Too many other business people want to brush you off. Not Jim. He listened to my request and needs, talked with me about possible solutions, and then settled in the day/time and service that would solve my problem.

He showed up at the time promised, and tucked in to work.

The results were better than I could have hoped for.

Afterwards he took the time to answer my ongoing care questions and provided some suggestions on how to keep things nice.

Price was more than reasonable for the scope of work and the timeline I needed it done.

If you need someone to help with floor cleaning that will get it done right and you can trust, Jim is the man to call.

Jim did a great job cleaning the carpets and rug at my house, including his professionalism. He used natural cleaning supplies with counter-rotating vacuum (and applied a light lemon scent) which made the carpets feel/smell brand new. No lingering odors from the previous owner either.
