Heart of Tao Wellness is far and above one of the most exceptional bodywork experiences that I have ever had the pleasure of partaking in. From the initial electronic communication I received, to assure a mindful and considerate session, to the actual in-person experience of the session itself, there is a consistent professionalism and courteousness that is very inviting and puts one at ease. There are many reasons why individuals do this type of work, though when it comes from the heart there is a discernible difference in how you feel throughout the experience. The attention to detail that comes from the heart centered approach at Heart of Tao Wellness makes for a rich and nourishing experience overall. I can’t recommended this experience enough. Very healing experience. Way beyond just a massage, Misty is a true master at body work and she holds sacred space for deep release.
