When I put my "plea for help" out on my neighborhood Next Door app, Matthew Mimm's name kept appearing by other past and pleased customers. I had used Matt only 6 months prior when one of my 3 AC's went out, but this was my way of shopping his prices. My house has been on the market for over a year, I'm newly divorced, paying bills on this house as well as my own apartment... and living 45 min away. Matt's quote was similar to others, but he was able to work with me on financing and replaced my AC unit within a day. I never even had to show up and oversee the job.
