Many patients are satisfied with their prescriptions and notice improved vision after visits. The clinic provides comprehensive exams, and patients appreciate the caring attitude of the team, including Dr. Han Vu and Dr. Hentz. Whether paying out-of-pocket or using insurance, visitors find the staff helpful and kind, creating a welcoming environment for all.
I can’t say enough good things about Metr Plex Eye Care! They truly went above and beyond to help me. I was visiting the Fort Worth area for a family vacation and realized I had forgotten to pack my contacts—panic mode set in. I walked into their office hoping they could somehow assist me, and they exceeded all expectations.
Mindy and Liz were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They contacted my hometown optometrist, obtained my prescription, and quickly got me what I needed so I could enjoy the rest of my trip stress-free. I haven't had vision insurance for years and usually buy my glasses online, so I occasionally need to get an eye exam out-of-pocket (approx. $130 here). The staff was excellent and very friendly, as the other reviews note, but, more than this, Dr. Han Vu was professional, kind, and invested. The exam was comprehensive, and I even got to see a picture of my eyeballs on the computer, which was pretty neat.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Hentz for about 8 years. Dr. Hentz is always great along with her staff. She answers all my questions (silly or not) and makes the exam so easy. I highly recommend this location! Staff is kind and sweet too.
