I would rate a 5 star but I had an appointment at 10:15 am and didn’t sit down at her chair till almost 11 am. I was late to work but couldn’t cancel the appointment bc I had a deposit.
But main thing is, I contacted my stylist via instead and email and didn’t hear back on my questions about my layering. I was asking for advice or maybe need to touch it up. I waiting patiently for two days and no one reached out. She said to reach out within 7 days if I had any questions and it wouldn’t be an issue.
I would try coming back. It was my first time here. My hair still seems too thick when I wanted it thinned but ended up with layers too short it feels like....read full review
Avery is the best & I will definitely be a repeat customer! She was so great to talk to while I got my hair done which made for a fun experience. My hair was exactly what I had wanted!
I have been getting my hair done with Jay for almost a year now and she’s hands down the best stylist I have ever had!! She listens to me and makes my hair look amazing every time. The Maven crew is always so kind and welcoming and I just love this salon!
