I just got the membership here a couple months ago and I have not regretted it. I have used both Maria and Mandy for massages and they were both absolutely fantastic! I’m so glad I make myself take this time every month to come de-stress!
Morgan applied too much pressure to areas that I didn't ask for. I asked for my feet to be massaged and she basically just rubbed lotion on them for literally half a second. I was very let down and dissatisfied.
I was a guest today as a first timer and I want to say the receptionist Bri & Cam were very hospitable and comforting alongside my Therapist Bobby. I will say though during my checkout process I noticed how the Manager I believe her name was Melissa was super rude to her staff and lacked professionalism in front of clients in which the tone changed drastically. Overall great experience for the most part.
