Whoever hires the folks that work here have and are doing a great job of gathering up some of the very best folks around...from the ladies helping the doctors with the various procedures performed here to the ladies up front in the office part..all are outstanding in both performance and PERSONALITY. Wish I could remember names and give recognition to each one of them. One young lady in particular that stands out ( pretty sure her name is AUTUMN) is exceptionally pleasant and professional in all she does, Has me prepped and reclining comfortably ready for the doctor to do my small outpatient surgery as needed. I know he appreciates her efforts...I CERTAINLY DO. Always has a smile and helps to keep my mind occupied while dreading the procedure. My Special thanks to MS. AUTUMN and hope I have her name correct. If not my apologies. My thanks to all the nice folks in the office...including the Drs Tim and Tom Ratino.

My main doctor for the extremely painful and debilitating autoimmune disease that I have practices and has his office in Magnolia bldg. This business is easily accessible for wheelchairs which is a big sigh of relief upon arrival. Then I take an elevator to the fifth floor and then enter my doctor's office. I'm usually treated with respect here, which is a wonderful thing. He's a very good doctor & appreciate him being in Magnolia bldg. Thank you for allowing me to share a bit about my experience!

I have two doctors in this building. The building has an automatic door for easy access with a wheelchair or walker. Two elevators are good size for a wheelchair and one or two companions. One elevator is sufficiently large for a stretcher and emergency equipment if necessary. This one accommodates a wheelchair or motorized wheelchair very well. The best restroom for a wheelchair is on the first floor. The other floors have restrooms with more stalls and a wheelchair accessible stall, but I prefer the larger one on the first floor. A public pharmacy is on the 5th floor. It has personal masks for sale if you forgot yours at home. Snacks, water, and other items are available .Parking is in a multi-level parking garage across the driveway to the building. You may stop at the door and assist a companion out of the car and into the building; then park your car in the convenient garage. Several handicapped parking spaces are in the garage on the levels. A convenient walkover is available on the fourth floor, but it is NOT handicapped accessible or handicapped useful in any way. It has three steps at the garage side, and three steps at the building side, so you need to be able to use steps easily. The two offices for my doctors are well handicapped accessible, except for their inside-office restrooms. It's better to use the facilities in the hallways. This building is old, but workable with handicapped accessible facilities.

Met with Dr. Timothy Ratino today 3/4/2020 a pain managment specialist, and this was my second doctor for pain that I have been to in a year, and was not looking forward to the appointment, since the last one caused me more pain than I went in with. However, i first met the DA, who was upbeat and asked all the right questions, made me feel like she was truly engaged with my major concerns and was able to put me at ease very quickly, and then said that the doctor would be right in, so I set back in my chair and expected 10 to15 minutes of wait time, standard in my experience, but in less than 5 minutes Dr. Traino stepped in, introduction professional, took time to really listen to my issues and concerning my pain problems. He didn't talk over me, he simply wanted until I was finished and then made suggestions I was comfortable with. Will be returning in 30 days, and believe or not looking forward to it.Wanted to mention the rest of the staff, all made me laugh, if your in need of a safe place to go for pain management seek out Dr. Timothy Ratino!
