Johnny always fits me in. I have a weird schedule and can't really make appts.
Stylist: Johnny. He works really well with younger people also. They think he's cool.
My son gets a haircut here with Johnny (that's his name I believe). He's finally found someone he trusts with his hair. I come here as well but don't really ask for anybody in particular. So far, I haven't had a bad cut and I'm always satisfied with my haircut. Fees are reasonable.
Amenities are solid. All team members are friendly and helpful. Where Portofino drops the ball is maintaining a high level of quality within the suites themselves. Ridden hard and put up wet. Shabby. Seeing how expensive the resort rentals are they should provide better quality paper goods, update all seating and electronics, and standardize their offerings.
