Unfortunately, this was an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish this last year. Responses were delayed, explanations were vague, and I felt more confused after speaking with them than before. Mistakes in my return required corrections that should never have happened in the first place. For a professional tax service, the lack of accuracy and accountability was disappointing. Most recently, after reviewing pricing with them for this coming tax season they responded they they did not have the capacity to handle my five returns. Due to the multiple errors last season and their lack of “capacity” i would not recommend this service to others for personal or business CPA/tax services.

Laura and Whitney are terrific CPA’s who look at each client’s individual situation and finds the best solutions for them. I have worked with them for several tax years and I am always amazed at how much more savings they can find for me than when I was doing the taxes myself. Laura took my tax info back in June. When I ask her in October if they were ready. Laura stated that she doesn’t have info and said I should find another firm. Not Professional and would not recommend their company.
