I feel like this place has been judged unfairly. I went in this last week (August 2026) and they were friendly, a little pricey, but not completely outrageous, and promised to have my dress altered in less than a week at no extra cost.

Lee Tailor is a business that has been around for a long time. They do great work, including hemming and repairs. The gentleman who works there is great and does a good job. He is also very accommodating and tries to meet special requests. The staff is pleasant and the prices are very reasonable. They can get work done quickly, even during holiday weeks. Some customers have been using Lee Tailor for many years and have always found them to be a great place. However, some recent customers have noticed a change in the business, including higher prices and a surcharge for using a card. Despite this, many customers are still happy with the service and would recommend Lee Tailor. They are a wonderful tailor who can alter clothes, repair torn items, and do a great job.

Was super nervous to try this shop after all the negative reviews and the requirement to pay before service was completed. I brought 6 formal jumpsuits for hemming, tightening around the bust, and even a few specialty collar adjustments. All 6 jumpsuits came back on time (one week) and the tailoring was perfect. Price was a little steeper than I’m used to, but I took that against the distance to drive somewhere else. Overall extremely happy with my items, would use again.

I had a good experience at Lee Tailor. The alterations were completed neatly, and the fit turned out just as I wanted. The work was finished on time, and I appreciated the attention to detail. I would return for future tailoring needs.
