Hapkido is a fun, highly customizable martial art that's adaptable to all ages and body types. We believe in training for practical, real-world self-defense and Hapkido is a great blend of the old and new: all the fun trappings of traditional martial arts with the pragmatic focus of modern styles. As a member of the American Institute of Modern Hapkido Instruction ("AIMHI"), we're constantly working to apply and innovate, in order to continue AIMHI's proud tradition of teaching practical martial arts in positive settings. We ultimately believe that the personal and inter-personal skills our students develop through our academy is even more important than the martial arts skills themselves.
