My heater stopped working during our freeze so I called James and he sent Jesse out to take a look. Took him 15 minutes from the time I contacted James. Turned out to be my heat sensor. He was in and out in 20 minutes. Quick service and nice guy. Highly recommend James Baker Services for your AC/Heating issues.

We contacted James Baker Services for a second opinion after another company gave us an enormous quote to repair our heat pump. James Baker Services repaired it at a tiny fraction of our previous quote. Quick to respond to contacting, quick to come out and only fixed what needed to be fixed.
