Closed always. Just wants to get paid doesn’t want to deal with the actually people giving them money. Employees always hang up on customers. No call backs when promised. No good help. You shouldn’t have to outsource help as a government business just sayin….
Was on hold for 2 hours. For the lady to consistently interrupt me, and not let me explain the situation. To then me asking her to let me finish speaking. To being told, i'm being combative, because she won't let me tell her and get clarification, and i'm just asking for clarification, and she hangs up on me. Y'all suck
Hi! Although my review today is primarily for the Tax Assistance Service or TAS Office for the IRS-FTW I do wish to say that in all my years of dealing with the United States Federal Government this has to have been THE BEST experience that I have ever had!
My wife, Florha, and I visited this office, by appointment, for the first-time yesterday afternoon, and from start to finish the mood, vibe, and the atmosphere was excellent, even for being in a vanilla as it gets Federal building, lol 😆!!
In any case, and even on Tax Day I wish to shout out TAS IRS-FTW and the team on hand for our first-time experience.
