The level of ineptitude, lack of knowledge, and ignorance is unparalleled at this office. It is a complete time waste to go down there. None of them are helpful or know what they’re doing. If they’re getting paid more than $0 an hour, they’re severely overpaid.

If you look around at government employees in almost every sector, the service is consistently terrible — no urgency, no response, no resolution. Is this why thousands are being laid off? No accountability, just silence.

They want to sit there and say that you owe the IRS money but they can't even answer the phone to tell you what the hell's going on this place is a damn joke and the IRS isn't even part of our government
