EDIT: After posting my original review, Dr. Scott personally reached out to discuss my concerns. My understanding at the appointment was that the visit would be complimentary, which is why I was surprised when I was later charged. Dr. Scott took the time to explain the office policy, discuss what happened, and apologize for the communication breakdown. He also offered a refund, which I appreciated.
While the initial experience was frustrating, I was impressed by his willingness to address my concerns directly and professionally. I believe the situation was resolved appropriately, and I am updating my review to reflect that experience.

I’ve been going weekly for wellness adjustments and wow has my life changed for the better! Every doctor is personable & actually cares about my well-being. They take their time and explain things perfectly. I’m so glad I found Inner Light and highly recommend if you’re looking for a chiropractor.
I can’t say enough great things about Innerlight chiropractic and the doctors here!! I was so blessed to find them based on an internet recommendation and have been going here for over 3 years.
