This is by far the best yoga experience I have ever had! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great studio with plenty of room. First time I’ve ever tried hot yoga and the results have been fantastic.

Indigo Yoga pulled me in right away. The space is airy with a loft feel, clean lines, tons of natural light, and just an easygoing energy the second you walk in. Check in was smooth, but booking as a first timer felt like a bit of a choose your own adventure situation. I saw an $8 option, a $15 option, and then a very confident “first class free” sign when I arrived. I ended up calling and honestly, problem solved. The staff was super friendly, patient, and got everything sorted without any stress.

I recently attended a very formal and lovely wedding out of town. At the reception, a woman came up to me and said she couldn’t help noticing me because I carried myself so well. I smiled and immediately told her it was because of Yoga. I told her in my younger days I did yoga for many years, but about 14 years ago, my husband and I moved to an area where there was no heated Yoga. Recently, my husband and I returned To Texas and are now living in Fort Worth. I started attending heated yoga at Indigo Yoga in December of last year.
