My goodness, this place is doing great things. I've never seen a business this community- oriented. We (mother/son combo) dropped in for some spontaneous Yoga. They got us into a wonderful class with all the props. Our pocketbook was not strained at all. These people need recognition for the work they are doing for ALL demographicsThey are also taking donations for their wonderful community outreach. Please try these folks, they're worth the drive!!

This studio has the best customer service, outstanding instructors, fun events, and a large space with three different options for preferred temperatures. I ALWAYS feel fantastic after class. The schedule is packed with varied times and classes. Best in DFW!

A wonderful community of people who all enjoy the practice of vinyasa yoga.You are able to practice in a very spacious heated studio and store your belongings in secure lockers in the entrance foyer.
