We had the unfortunate need to euthanize our sweet, little old lady this weekend. HSNT was extremely compassionate and handled the situation well. I felt at ease the moment I walked in and was greeted by a very sweet man. He was gentle and respectful about the process, paperwork and payment. I was then escorted to a private room, where i was given the opportunity to say one last goodbye to my girl. The second gentleman was equally kind and compassionate. Just recently had to put my dog down. It wasn't easy, but Tim and the team there made things much more comfortable for my dog and I. I don't know how they are able to do that in any capacity, but I was very thankful that they were there.
