I had to put down my dog today. He has been my best friend for what would have been 11 years this year. And all I can say is today was pretty rough but the staff was wonderful. I thought I lived close to them but I was dead wrong and basically late and they stayed open for me, not only that but there was a beating that happened near the clinic just before I arrived and they had an employee come and get me. And he even walked me back to my car. I know this job can’t be easy but they welcomed me and protected me while I was putting down one of my closest friends past working hours. I can not thank them enough for their kindness.

We had to make the decision to put down our sweet 13 yr old Rott!! He was such a sweet boy, and the best dog anyone could ask for!! We were blessed to have him!From the moment I contacted HSNT, Tim answered all my questions. He was very compassionate and caring. He guided us with the process as this was our very first time going through this. Due to the health of our dog, Tim was able to schedule us in earlier to prevent my boy from suffering.Whe we came to the facility, the staff comforted my family during this painful moment.
