This OB office was referred to me by Texas Health. I called this office looking to find a new OBGYN. I gave the receptionist a bit of information about my medical history. I told her that I am pregnant, but I may have an ectopic pregnancy. I asked if they had any upcoming availability, and I told her that I would be a self pay patient. The receptionist told me that she would have to speak to someone to get a quote of how much I would pay at my appointment. She said she would call me back. There are a couple things that keep my rating at a 2. I absolutely adore Crystal, and I don't remember having these issues my first pregnancy with this office. That being said, this time around the experience was not great. My very first appointment I waited an hour past my appointment time before being seen. Frustrating, but every appointment after hoping for better. Only gets worse. Since my first appointment was around 11 weeks, we opted to do the genetic blood testing. Waited 2 whole weeks without any word just to be told they lost my blood sample and would need a redraw. Had my redraw and that sample made it, but was "inconclusive" so needed a 3rd redraw in which I opted to have a mobile person through the testing company come to my home because I was NOT going back to have it messed up again. Side note-when the result was inconclusive the office never contacted me and I had to do all the talking and rescheduling with the testing company myself. Once my results were available, I still was not contacted by the office until days later after I had already viewed my results. Second appointment waited at least 35 mins past my appointment time, so not terrible, but this time around was taken back with a different nurse and she just seemed like she didn't want to be there and not very pleasant. Third and final appointment waited another hour past my appointment time. I get being behind every now and then, but the consistency with the lateness on their end made it an easy choice to not want to come back. I will miss Crystal, as she is awesome but I definitely will not miss wasting so much time in the waiting room of this office. The office has also changed a lot and does not appear to have been kept up with. I remember my first pregnancy 5 years ago thinking it was such a nice place. This time around it seemed really run down. The front office staff is nice, but there are also times that you sit on hold forever before speaking with anyone. I'm glad I had a decent experience the first time around, but definitely disappointed this time.

My ob/gyn Linda and crystal are great ! AMAZING AT WHAT THEY DO . ITS REALLY THE POOR STAFF See now I got time today . Never have I ever been disrespected at this office until TODAY. 7/27/23 @4pm I was seeking information about my lab results I told them to have my ob/gyn give me a call at HER earliest convenience. I get a call back quick from someone on the staff by the name STEPHANIE . She called me and completely ruined my day with her distasteful attitude towards me . I repeated myself stating I wanted to speak with my ob/gyn who I have a RELATIONSHIP WITH . (Built a rapport with over the years) . She hung up in my face AS I WAS TALKING. Come on now I get it might had a long day but it's a HEALTH CARE FACILITY! Why call me with a attitude never should've even touched the phone if you were going to be disrespectful to the loyal patients . Honestly made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe about going there again . Just by one bad egg.
